Bookings & Payments

All course bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

By completing a booking, you confirm that:

Course Participation

Participants agree to follow all safety instructions and guidance provided by instructors. Woodland Warriors reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals from a course if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or poses a risk to others.

Bushcraft activities involve controlled risks, including the use of tools and fire. Safety briefings must be respected at all times.

Health & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to attend. Any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations should be disclosed prior to the course.

Woodland Warriors cannot be held responsible for issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

Equipment & Conduct

Where equipment is provided, participants agree to use it responsibly and only as instructed. Personal tools may be restricted due to safety and landowner requirements.

Participants must:

Liability

Woodland Warriors operates with appropriate insurance and safety procedures. However, participants accept that outdoor activities carry inherent risks.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so.
